We are so excited to begin this new year exploring slow living and regenerative agriculture with you.

We’ve got all kinds of great interviews coming up, but In this first episode (Episode 0), we wanted to introduce ourselves and let anyone who might be new around here get to know us a little bit. And for those who’ve followed us for awhile, they’ll be some things for you, too, as we talk about the background of Lady Farmer, tell a few stories and wrap up the episode by answering some audience questions. We’ll be sharing what we know and what we’ve picked up along the way as we’ve planted, grown, and tended to Lady Farmer and our own lives.
