Shipping
Because we are a small operation and attempting to reduce our carbon footprint associated with shipping, we ship out orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This means that, for example, if you placed an order on a Friday, it would not be shipped out until the following Tuesday. We thank you for understanding and supporting our mission-driven company!
Shipping times are sometimes delayed. We do our best to notify of customers of delays that relate to their order. If we can predict delays, we will make every effort to let you know through our social media channels in advance of placing your order.
Garment Recycling
We believe in a circular economy! Lady Farmer clothing has been created to be compostable and return to the earth safely. If any clothing item has reached the end of its journey as a garment and you choose not to repurpose it, we will pay for return shipment and will make every effort to give it new life or return it to the earth– as designed! Please contact us at info@lady-farmer.com for instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shop@lady-farmer.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For products purchased through our website that are not part of our Essential Collection, we offer free return shipping and will issue refunds on eligible returns.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
